Delivery Information

Home and Site Delivery Procedure

Lead times are normally 2 to 7 working days for stocked items. (If an order is placed and there is no stock we will always call the customer to check if there is an alternative product or the customer is happy to wait for stock replenishments, please be aware our website has no live stock list.) 

Deliveries between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm.

Once a Customer has ordered:

  • Customers will be contacted by phone or text message to confirm delivery details after the order has been placed. If we have been unable to make contact the customer will be sent a message to contact us.

  • Customers can request a delivery date and our transport team will always do their best to meet the required date. Once a delivery date has been agreed you will receive a text message confirming. Any changes to delivery dates need to be done 24hours prior to delivery.

  • Day of Delivery Driver will call or txt 1 hour prior arrival.

  • Driver Arrival: The driver delivers to kerbside to the nearest access point, the driver will be happy to help and assist with the customer or customer’s assistant with goods into a downstairs / ground floor room of choice or into the ground floor garage or foyer.

  • 1 MAN DELIVERY: The driver is the only person in “most cases” delivering your goods so this means you will need to arrange assistance meaning 1 or more able persons to move your goods into the location from the vehicle at kerbside, Worktops are very heavy items and you must make sure you have means to assist the driver with your delivery )

  • 2 MAN DELIVERY: Available on Formica Prima & Formica Axiom and Solid Wood Products Only at no extra charge. Please call us for more info.

  • VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Even though we do our very best to ensure your worktops are delivered on time and in perfect condition on the rare occasion there may be circumstances that are out of our control. We advise you not to book a fitter/trades person or remove any fixtures or fittings until after you have received your goods. We will do our very best to replace any damaged/imperfect goods as quickly as possible but this can take up to a week. To avoid any inconvenience, upon delivery please inspect your items to ensure they are all accounted for and in perfect condition. Note, damages must be reported within 3 working days. Thereafter no claims for damages can be entered into.  

We will always take steps to minimise delays happening but In the event of this we are not responsible or liable for loss of time or costs incurred for trade persons / fitters. 

This notice is in the best interests of all our customers as we want our customers to have the very best possible experience when ordering from us.

Our deliveries are carried out by specialist worktop couriers and all products are handled with care from the warehouse right through to delivery completion.

We are dedicated to ensure that your kitchen worktops arrive to you in perfect condition and on time.

We are able to deliver most items within 2 – 7 working days. There are some parts of the UK that we cannot deliver to, With this in mind it is advisable to give us a call before proceeding with your online order so we can check delivery areas for you. Also please see our costs for delivery areas above.

Avoid Disappointment

To avoid disappointment we strongly advise all clients against booking of tradesmen for installations or removal of existing fixtures and fittings until goods have been received in a satisfactory condition, as due to circumstances out of our control such as traffic accidents and breakdowns to damaged items in transit etc do occur and will delay your delivery.

We cannot and will not take any responsibility for delays caused by incidents out of our control. BUT please be assured we will do our upmost to rectify any problems that may occur during the delivery period.
