Purchases
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and
add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the
order. or telephone your order through to us
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order,
due to one of the following reasons:
authorisation of your payment failed
we made a pricing or product description error
Item or items are out of stock or discontinued
If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by
email or telephone to inform you of the problem.
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you
must do so by 12pm the day before it is despatched (orders are
normally processed immediately after they've been placed, so we
may have already made arrangements for it to be sent when
you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the
order from being delivered: once you receive the order, you will
be notified where to ship back the order, Please note: there will be a re
stock handling fee of £35.00 per order for returned goods, if
collected by us there will be a further handling fee not exceeding
£50.00.depending on circumstances.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us before 7 days of receipt by email or phone
Payments
You can make your payment by credit or debit card. We accept Visa
and Mastercard and UK bank debit cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that
we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. Sometimes with payment systems there are price
discrepancies or mistakes or the system has failed or a mistake
in the input of numerals on to a system We will indicate acceptance of your order when
we call you by phone to confirm your order with you. We have
included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has
been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods,
or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some
reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact
you before delivery to ensure that
the price is acceptable. If it is not we will cancel the order.
Delivery and Carriage Costs on laminate worktops, solid surface
worktops and accessories
For UK orders, we generally aim to fulfil your order as soon as
possible
Delivery is normally 2 - 10 days on all products unless there is
a shortage from the manufacturer we will call and
advise you the date of delivery shortly after your order normally
the next day, The driver will call you on this date 30mins - 1
hour before delivery
If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by
telephone at the time of order.
delivery is charged at £29.99 per complete order for worktops
Please note that a £15 surcharge applies to single length worktop
or appliance orders.
On Site:
An able bodied person will be required to assist with the worktop and inspect the
goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature.
If goods are signed for as "unchecked" no claim can be entered
into
Please ensure when you receive the goods they can be accommodated
If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to
accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred
additional
delivery charges either to the delivery address or back
to our warehouse.
Goods must be inspected on delivery.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed or called by telephone with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
In accordance with UK tax law, UK Value Added Tax at 15% will be
charged where the delivery is to an address within the United
Kingdom . The prices shown on this site include VAT at 15%.

When the order is placed on our website through our shopping cart the payment section is
handled by Sagepay which uses encryption. We do not hold or save credit
card numbers or any other financial data in our system s– each transaction requires the entry
of a valid credit card number before it is processed. No data is
transmitted in clear text between any web site during the payment
process.

Returns & Refund Policy:

us within 7 days of receipt if your product is faulty by phone or email.
For a refund there will be a re stock handling fee of £35.00 per order for
returned goods, if collected by us there will be a further handling fee not
exceeding £50.00.depending on area. The returned product
must be in the original packaging and all parts accounted for for
a refund.
If the product has been opened we cannot not refund the items.
if you have over ordered we cannot refund the items.
