DELIVERY OF WORKTOPS UK NATIONWIDE

 
PLEASE NOTE:  FOR DELIVERIES OF WORKTOPS THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE ASSISTANCE OR PROVIDE AN ASSITANT TO HELP UNLOAD THE WORKTOP OR WORKTOPS OFF THE LORRY AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON THE DELIVERY DAY, WE CANNOT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY.  THE DRIVERS OPERATE BETWEEN 7AM TO 6PM

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is normally 2 - 10 working days on all products, We will call you to confirm a suitable day.
Deliveries operate between Monday – Friday between 7am and 6pm
If there is likely to be problems with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order as your goods will most likely be delivered using a 30ft lorry.  
We will call and advise you the date of delivery shortly after your order, normally the next working day. The driver will try to call you on the date given about 30 minutes before delivery. However, depending on mobile signal in some areas this may not be possible.

ACCESS FOR DELIVERY LORRIES

Please be advised that we do not cover deliveries to some areas of scotland, england and wales, please call us for information on areas we do not cover, Deliveries shall take place kerbside at the address supplied by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an assistant with help unloading the goods at the point of delivery. Deliveries are mostly transported on a 30ft lorry. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if there is inadequate turning or difficult access to the delivery address, If the delivery driver cannot park within a safe and practical distance, for the safety of you our customer and the delivery driver, a failed delivery charge will be applied to the customer. A failed delivery charge is 25% of the order for returning and restocking the order and the origonal delivery charge will still apply.

A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If goods are signed for as "unchecked" no claim can be entered into.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to the warehouse for restock. Charges are £49 for re-delivery or if you do not require re-delivery 25% of the value of goods to restock and the origonal delivery charge apply. DELIVERY PRICES

Normal delivery is charged at £29 per complete order for worktops or accessories.
Please note that a £15 surcharge applies to single length or single item orders.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR WORKTOPS

Next day delivery  for worktops only applies if these 3 things are true,  1.The order is placed before 11am by telephone, 2. We have the stock, 3. The driver is in your area the next day.
